A Virtual Journey into City VS Resort Wear

The purpose of this course is to give students an overview of the fashion industry from two perspectives, exploring the fundamental characteristics synonymous with Resort Wear (relaxed silhouettes and beachy, feminine vibes) and how they contrast with those of the City (sleeker, more formal and polished).

The group will examine how the differences between the two styles are not quite as straightforward as they might seem, with hosts from across the world sharing their views on how cultures, climates and local influences play a significant role in defining resort and city wear and how these vary from country to country.
